Well booking meetings with Outlook just got better with our BookMeeting mobile app! You can now quickly book a meeting when on-the-go by selecting your attendees, location and confirming their availabilities without delay. No more rescheduled meetings because of lack of availability info!

Main features of Book Meeting:
• Connect to Outlook exchange server to check a contact or location’s availability
• Add, delete or modify a list of contacts
• Add, delete or modify meeting details (meeting subject, time, and description)

Workflow:
• Add your exchange details in settings
• Add contacts you want to use
• Check contacts for meeting from the list and click check
• Choose a time slot and go.
